Felix Annan, the skipper of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, has revealed how he met his wife through Facebook and how their open and honest interactions with each other eventually ended in marriage.
Felix, until his marriage, had been Kotoko’s most reliable and safest pair of hands. Even though he seems to have lost his position to his back-up goalie, Kwame Baah, he appears not too much bothered considering the fact that he found true love in the process.
Narrating how he met his wife, Felix in an interview with Opemsuo Radio, revealed that he met his now wedded wife on Facebook in 2009 and after years of open-hearted and honest conversations, began making marriage plans, six years later in 2015.
According to Annan, their honesty in their virtual conversations was so strong that eventually when he went on a training tour with Asante Kotoko to Switzerland, his wife picked a train all the way from Italy just to come and meet him.

In a private ceremony on Saturday, January 18, 2020, Felix Annan and his wife Francisca Yeboah got joined in Holy Matrimony at Dormaa in the Bono Region.
The former Black Stars second goalkeeper is of the opinion that social media is a useful tool for connecting people, and despite all its excesses, is ideal for finding a partner just like he did.
