Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe just like Funke Akindele Bello and lots of Nigerians are not happy about the hapless happenings in the country for the past couple of days.
The recent killings and rape cases have caused lots of tension in the country amidst the incessant increment in their Covid-19 cases.
For the past days, Nigerians are dealing with the case of the undergraduate from the University of Benin in Edo State who was raped and brutally murdered.
Then the case of the 16 years old young girl who died from a stray bullet from the police and finally the case of the 12 years old girl who was raped by 11 men.
All these haplessness is so much for even the strongest of all persons to live as if nothing is happening.
Actress Mercy Aigbe has spoken. She says she understands that all the happenings are hard on everyone but that should not deter them from seeking the face of the Lord.
“Regardless of all the recent happenings, we will never stop looking up! Looking up to God to wipe away each of our tears, pains, uncertainty, fears, affliction, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, for the former things, have passed away!
“Rejoice my lovelies cos in this month of June the light shall come! And it will be a month of unexplainable blessings for y’all in Jesus’ Name!”
