A son of the late Ghanaian evangelist, Apraku My Daughter has revealed people he considers friends he works with were making fun of his father after his ‘drunken’ video went viral.
Emmanuel Antwi Apraku, speaking to Kofi TV, said his colleague were making fun of his father on the very same day the news came out that he had died.
A few days prior to Apraku My Daughter’s death, a video went viral showing him walking around town looking dishevelled, weak and in a ‘drunken’ state.
Ghanaians trolled him massively for falling from grace to grass, but his family insists he was sick and not drunk.
According to Apraku’s son, colleagues in his office mocked his father after that video went out.
“Prior to that day in the office, I had already seen the video making rounds on social media. And upon getting to the office, I chanced on my colleagues talking about my father. They were insulting him and saying all sorts of things about him. I must say, I felt very sad,” he said.
“My friends were still talking and insulting my father when my mother called and broke the news of his death to me,” he added.
