Ghana Records 131 New Cases of COVID-19

According to the latest updates released by the Ghana Health Service, 131 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 6,617.

The update further indicates that 27 new recoveries have been recorded taking the total number of recoveries to 1,978. The death toll still remains 31.

Greater Accra now has a total of 4,699 confirmed cases, followed by Ashanti with 1,010. Central and Western regions follow with 297 and 208 cases respectively.

Savannah, Ahafo, and Bono East regions still remain the only regions yet to record any cases.
