Controversial Bishop and self-acclaimed Angel of God, Daniel Obinim is still being kept in police custody after being granted bail yesterday.
This was confirmed by the Head of Public Affairs of the CID, DSP Juliana Obeng who disclosed that the Bishop is yet to satisfy all his bail conditions as earlier set out in a press release issued by the Police CID.
The self-acclaimed Angel was on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, arrested and charged with two offences; publication of false news and forgery of document contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, (1960) (ACT 29) respectively.

Though Obinim was subsequently granted bail to the tune of Ghc100,000 with three sureties, with one person to be justified, he is still in the custody of the CID as those conditions are yet to be fully met.
