Yesterday, the founder and leader of International God’s Way Church, Angel Bishop Daniel Obinim got arrested by the police.
However, the man of God is yet to land in the police custody as he miraculously fell ill at the attempt of his arrest.
Obinim has reportedly been taken to the hospital under police guard.
Following that, social media has been awashed with trolls as the man of God believed to be fake has finally been captured.

Reacting to that, Ghanaian music producer Fred Kyei Mensah popularly known as Fredyma has said people should be careful about how they’re judging Obinim.
According to him, Obinim hasn’t been tried of any crime and proven guilty yet, although he has come out to confirm to have slept with other women apart from his wife.
Aside from that, the money laundering, murder, gold dealings and the other allegations levelled at him remain unproven. he added.
Taken to social media, he wrote;
SOMEONE KNOWS(OBINIM)NO ONE KNOWS(OBINIM), NYAME BEKYERE.
I said some few days ago about how we are using social media to hate others and it manifested yesterday on some people’s posts immediately they heard that “somebody knows and nobody knows” was arrested.
They were so happy as if when you are arrested, you are found guilty and the rest of your life is held in solitary confinement. The world is not ending today.
Allegations have been made by some people concerning the activities of a Pastor. He’s come out to admit in the case of infidelity which is a moral issue and has apologized. All the other allegations about fraud, money laundering, murder,gold dealings etc,are still under investigations.

It is the courts and the level of evidence adduced against him that can send him to jail and not the manipulations of a personal vendetta against him.
There has been great leaders in this world both past and present who have tasted prison life because of what they stood for. Haven’t we heard of people being convicted for wrong reasons and later the sentence being revoked?
I am not holding brief for him on some level of allegations thrown at him but under the laws of natural justice, he should be given a fair hearing and not to be condemned and found guilty by the court of public opinion.
Whatever transpires in this seemingly long battle to exonerate himself, i have the confidence that he would sail through peacefully. He’s the most vilified pastor in Ghana. Sometimes, i blame “someone knows”also for always allowing emotions to take over him when situations arise. He should sit down and decipher before he comes out to banter and listen to good counsel from others. He should adapt to changes in his church activities moving on.
Let the music play on. Sini awieyɛ na yɛbɛ hunu kyaley.
