The co-host of Adom Tv’s Badwam programme, Omanhene Kwabena Asante today rendered an unqualified apology to prominent actress Nana Ama McBrown on behalf of the entire Badwam crew.
The apology was made in respect to what many characterized as “unprofessional” line of questioning and conduct exhibited by co-host Nana Yaa Brefo in a telephone interview with the renowned actress.
It will be recalled that a few days ago, while in an interview with family members of the late actor Bernard Nyarko, accusations were made against some of the late actor’s colleague actors including Nana Ama McBrown, accusing them of neglecting their fallen colleague while he was seriously sick.

Nana Ama called into the programme to clarify a few issues but the host’s line of questioning and posture led many to believe that she had intentionally victimized the actress, leading to calls on the media house to apologize to the respected actress.
However, on this morning’s show, Omanhene Kwabena Asante apologized to the actress on behalf of his co-host and the entire crew, clarifying the media house’s position that they exist to entertain, educate and inform and not to cause disaffection or chaos between any party.
