Ghana Health Service has stated that Ghana’s COVID-19 cases as of May 8, 2020, is 4,012–a jump of over 800 newly added cases overnight.

Yesterday, Ghana’s number of cases was announced as 3,092–and 2 days before that, the number of COVID-19 cases in Ghana stood at 2,719.

There is obviously a rapid increase in the number of cases being recorded since the lockdown was lifted in Ghana.
