According to Official Information from the Administration of the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital, all seven patients who had been diagnosed with COVID-19 and were been treated at the nation’s premier health facility have been discharged after attaining full recovery.
According to the CEO of the health facility, Dr Daniel Asare, the discharged patients included a nurse, an orderly, a doctor and a security officer. The patients expressed their satisfaction with the quality of care they were provided with.
Mr Kobby Blay, a frontline Nurse at the facility tweeted to confirm the news.

Ghana has recorded 2,719 cases of COVID-19 with 294 recoveries and 18 deaths. This means the country has recorded an additional 550 cases since the last update.
