We Post The Dead To Emphasize That We Are Equals NOT Because We Are Hypocrites- Maame Serwah Slams Efia Odo And Xandy Kamel For Their Pettiness

Often times, we are all labelled pretentious and hypocrites if we celebrate the dead.

Just by posting a picture of someone, whether known or unknown after their parting is the only requirement needed to be branded a phoney.

People would come at you with all they got—why did you not celebrate them when they were alive, why are you sharing memories of them now that they are gone is part of the many attacks that would be launched on you.

Yesterday, we lost one of the best Kumawood actors there is, Bernard Nyarko and as usual, people have started with how much of hypocrites Ghanaians are just because fans have shared pictures of him to express their grief.

Well, actress Clara Benson known popularly as Maame Serwah is having none of that. Clara who has changed her Instagram profile picture to that of Bishop’s says sharing a picture of a deceased in no way makes you a hypocrite.

She maintains that each passing of someone gives us an inch into how fleeting life is and how all we have is ourselves.

She believes that if that makes her phoney, then she is very good with it.
