Genevieve Nnaji’s directorial debut was the talk of the town when it was announced she had landed a deal with Netflix to air it. It became even more controversial when it was disqualified from the Osars.

Beneath all the fanfare and controversy Lionheart is actually a great film. It follows two siblings who fight to save their father’s company from outside forces even as they battle for ultimate control.
