Honourable Member of Parliament for Assin Central constituency and one of Ghana’s richest men, Kennedy Agyapong, has spat out a life lesson to Ghanaian youth who are looking for a shortcut to riches.
Many Ghanaians, particularly the lazy and entitled young generation of today, are obsessed with ‘short cuts’ because we just want to reap without sowing. Everyone wants to gets rich but no one wants to work hard.

Agyapong, speaking from experience, said there is nothing like blood money which can make you rich overnight.
You have to work your a$$ off, sometimes for decades, just to get to the level of success you want.
“There is no sika duro anywhere, the only ‘sika duro’ is hard work,” Agyapong revealed in an interview on YFm.
According to him, unless the youth learn this lesson and take it to heart, charlatans like Nana Agradaa would keep duping them with promises of quick riches which never materialize.

“Nana Agradaa is extorting money from people, anytime they become aware that she is duping them, she will employ macho men to attack the people. You can move your car from Accra to Adeiso for ‘sika duro.’ I think they’re all being foolish for going to her for money rituals,” he said.
‘’They advertise that they can make you rich and when you do these, you will be killed. Nobody can double your money and make you rich. If you don’t work hard and you think someone can make you rich, it is not possible.” Agyapong emphasised.
You can pray as much as you want, or visit as many mallams as you want – nothing will get you to the level you want to get beyond the sweat of your own hard work.
