Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has eulogized his parents for not giving up on him when he failed his ‘O’ level exams 5 times.

The singer who was sharing the number of times he failed his ‘O’ level exams with his fans appreciated his parents for playing a very good role and never giving up on him.

He posted on his twitter handle giving a breakdown of the 5 times he sat for the exam, saying ‘I wrote 2 GCEs, 2 WAECs, 1 NECO‘ and also shown appreciation towards his parents for going through a lot for him.

He wrote “I wrote 2 GCEs, 2 WAECs, 1 NECO. Fam! My Parents tried.” His post shows how persistent and determined he was to pass his ‘O’ level exams, thanks to his parents supports.

Some of his fans and followers also shared the number of times they also sat for their ‘O’ level exams, those who weren’t determined gave up. Adekunle’s post served as an encouragement to others who were also planning to give up.
