President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has finally lifted the partial lockdown placed on Accra, Kumasi and Kasoa as a means to help fight the coronavirus.
In his now customary address to the nation, the President announced that as at 1am Monday, the lockdown is lifted.

However, previous measures put in place such as the ban on public gatherings remain in effect.
The President’s announcement comes at a time when Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has jumped to 1,042.
