The President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo is set to address the nation at 8:00 pm tonight. The President is expected to touch on measures being put in place to mitigate the effects of the dreaded coronavirus pandemic. This will be his seventh address to the nation since the outbreak of the virus.

In addition to the measures being put in place to cushion the ordinary Ghanaian from the devastating effects of the virus, the President is also expected to communicate his decision on whether to continuously enforce the lockdown, or cancel it, or even to strengthen it.
