President Nana Addo Dankwa has been getting a lot of accolades for his handling of the coronavirus pandemic in Ghana.
Some of what he’s done has been timely and impressive – swift implementation of a lockdown, providing reliefs for utility payments, etc.
But not everyone is singing his praises. Efia Odo is all over Twitter criticizing government for some of their policies during this lockdown.
Odo has slammed the idea of building a national cathedral whilst people remain homeless under this lockdown.
According to her, that money can be repurposed to building homeless shelters so those without a home can stay there for the meantime.
Odo also slammed the method by which food is being shared under this lockdown.
