Pete Edochie Named His Son Yul Edochie After A Russian-American Actor Who He Admired – Photo

Loudmouth Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has revealed how he got his unique name.

According to the actor, he was named after a Russian-American actor known as Yul Brynner.

The actor, whose father is Nollywood veteran Pete Edochie went further to explain the impact the name has had on him.

According to him, he has taken almost everything of the famous Russian Amerian actor Brynner Burner.

In looks, in character and in vocal – their deep voice.

He wrote; ‘My father named me after this great actor Yul Brynner.
He was an outstanding stage and film actor, with a deep voice.
I seem to have grown to be just like him, same looks too, same eyes, same bald head, though my nose is way bigger than his. 😀😀😀

‘So I’m just thinking…. The name you give to your child, does it play a role in the development of that child??‘
