Covid-19 is hard as it stands but for robbery to be added the struggle and fear are like a sledgehammer to the head kind of pain.
From the look of things, Nigerian are not only dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic but robbery too— how worse can the situation get?
There have been cases of robbery which left the citizens in perpetual fright. Actress Yvonne Jegede has asked the federal government to intervene and share the relief items to the citizens using the very means they use to disconnect people’s water and electricity supply.
“Are the authorities aware of the robberies happening?
I am certain they are. Locating citizens to give them cash for the lockdown isn’t going to be that difficult, the same way you people go house to house to disconnect electrical power, you can share the money like that.”
The mother of one advises Nigerians to consider leaving the country to another neighbouring country if all of what is happening continues.
“If this covid19 situation doesn’t change your corrupt mindset then every Nigerian should pack their bags and start heading out to neighbouring countries because this country doomed. If by now you people cannot to have sympathy and put this greed to the side for once then we have no country and worse of NO ****** LEADERS.”
