Sister Derby has taken a huge shot at both Medikal and Fella Makafui in the official music video for her diss song ‘Sweet Ex.
Derby is strategically using Fella and Medikal to boost her own career – if she can’t have the man she will have the attention.

Derby recently dropped a new single titled ‘Sweet Ex’ targeted at MediFella.
She also released a video for the song which clearly mocks the two.
She captioned the video: ‘A thief’s curtain is always dirty’.
The dirty secret of Medikal and Fella’s relationship is that it’s based on theft – according to Sister Derby – and their curtain will always remain dirty.
