Exercise– Even if you are not working out person, the situation we are all in right now has led most people to try new things out. We have been encouraged to maintain social distancing but it does not mean you cannot sweat it out from the comfort of your home.
There are lots of indoors working out activities that can keep you fit and liberated. Remember you will be sitting around, idling and doing nothing— you do not want to gain extra flesh after the lockdown. You would still need your flat tummy and 6 packs.
