The President of the republic has by Executive Instrument (EI) extended the duration of the restrictions imposed under EI 64 and EI 65.
The restrictions imposed on public gatherings, under EI 64, have been extended for another two weeks, with effect from Monday 13th April 2020.
This means that the ban on Church services and Islamic services remain in force for another two weeks. the ban on other public gatherings like weddings and funerals have also been extended for another two weeks.
It will be recalled that the president during his last address to the nation, also extended the lockdown of towns within the Greater Accra and Greater Kumasi Metropolitan Areas.

This was revealed in a Facebook post by Mr Eugene Arhin, a Communications Officer at the presidency.
Ghana has a recorded a total of 408 cases of Covid-19 with 4 recoveries and 8 deaths.
