Born on October 10, 2000, in Asaba to actress Rita Daniels, Regina Daniels began to make her mark in the movie industry at the tender age of seven, when she starred in the movie “Marriage of Sorrow”. She actually shot to the limelight in 2010 when she featured in the movie “Miracle Child” as one of Nigeria’s finest child stars. Starring alongside popular actors like Ini Edo, Chika Ike and Mercy Johnson, it was obvious that the young actress was destined for greatness.

Her mum, Rita Daniels, also an actress and chairperson of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Delta State chapter, (AGN), nurtured her to fame. Regina was famous in the Asaba Nollywood caucus but began to command attention especially on social media after former Vice President Atiku Abubakar appointed her as his youth campaign coordinator for Nollywood in January.

Raised by a mother who herself is a prominent actor, it took only a few years for Regina to master the art. Making her full professional debut in the widely acclaimed 2015 Nollywood movie, “Marriage in Sorrow”, the young actress has gone on to star in several Nollywood movies including Dumebi in School, The King and the Python, and Tears of Ojiugbo. The young actress had gained considerable attention on social media as a result of her obsession for flashy cars and tattoos.
Married to billionaire businessman and politician, Ned Nwoko, it is obvious that the young wife is living the good life. Being 38 or so years younger than her husband, questions have been raised as to whether she married her husband because of money? Well, Regina refutes those allegations in no uncertain terms, claiming she married her husband because he respects her and makes her happy. Whatever happiness means.
