Dancehall king Shatta Wale is not just talking about measures to be taken to help Ghanaians during this lockdown, he’s also trying to see how best he can help out himself.
Wale is set to donate handwashing buckets, popularly known as ‘Veronica Buckets’, to some chosen poor and needy people in Accra.
The buckets are embossed with the likeness of the ‘dancehall king’.
They would also receive hand sanitizers, medicated soaps, nose masks and other sanitary items to help those less privileged also stay safe from the coronavirus.
The donation is expected to come off sometime this week.
Wale has been fighting hard on social media to find ways for Ghanaian companies to help Ghanaians fight through this epidemic.
He has attacked the telcos and DSTV due to them not providing any relief to Ghanaians at this time.
