Military men have sworn to deal with anybody who flouts the President’s lockdown and be seen loitering about.
In a video that has popped up online, two military men are seen giving a staunch warning to ‘Asafo’ boys to obey the President’s decision to be indoors or risk being beaten to death.
On Friday 28th March, President Akufo-Addo announced a lockdown in Accra, Tema, Kumasi and some hotspot areas to control the spread of COVID-19.
However, essential service providers are exempted from the lockdown so as individuals who have essential needs such as to buy food, drugs or use the public toilet facilities.
On that, the military is, however, warning loiters to keep to the lockdown or risk being beaten severely!
