Nigerian comedian Ali Baba has advised those exposing themselves to the deadly coronavirus in the name of religion to desist from that.
According to him, prayers cannot cure the deadly disease therefore they shouldn’t allow themselves to be deceived by some pastors, exposing them to the virus all in the name of prayers.
Sharing his thoughts about the coronavirus pandemic, he said those going to church despite the government placing a ban on social gatherings are endangering their lives.
He therefore advised them to stay home to prevent them from contracting the disease and not try to impress anyone with their faith by going out to expose themselves to the virus.
He posted on his Instagram page “Don’t let pastors deceive you, prayer cannot cure coronavirus. Or any Imam… stay safe. Dont test God. You can not be holier than the Pope and other Senior Pastors. They have all said stay at home, away from exposing yourself to contamination and pray. Don’t try to impress anyone with your faith. Be guided”
