Uche Jombo Calls For The Replacement Of President Buhari’s Media Team Over His ‘COVIK One Nine’ Gaffe – Video

Popular Nollywood actress Uche Jombo has reacted to a video of Nigerian president Buhari addressing the country over the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus in Nigeria.

In the video, the president pronounced COVID-19 as ‘COVIK one nine’ which was a slip of tongue and could actually happen to anyone.

But the actress thinks the president’s social media team needs to be replaced for posting the video without correcting the president.

According to her, they were supposed to watch the video and edit it before posting it therefore they could have corrected the president and not post the video to ‘disgrace’ him.

Adding that because of their negligence their president has become a laughing stock on social media with many people trolling him over his ‘COVIK one nine’ gaffe.

She posted on her twitter page “The whole of president Buhari social media team needs to be replaced over COVIK ONE NINE video for not correcting him ,watched it and shared it, now even ghana people on my TL are having fun with it. I hope the “baba must speak to us” WhatsApp group people are happy.”
