Stonebwoy has given his followers the shock of their lives with a comment he made on the legalization of Cannabis for health and industrial use in Ghana.

The news of Ghana decriminalizing the use of the narcotic drug for medicinal purposes have been widely misinterpreted by many ‘ghetto youths’ on the streets.

Although some Ghanaian celebrities are all joy that their plea is answered, Dancehall act Stonebwoy is of a different opinion.

Stonebwoy on his Snapchat warned individual to stay off the drug least face the law in full force. He drummed home the point that the drug has been legalized for industrial and health use only .

“The Legalization of the herb is for ‘health and industrial purposes’, i repeat ‘health and industrial purposes’. I don’t think that sounds like decriminalization and freedom of usage around town.” he wrote.

Cannabis still remains illegal for individual use or trafficking in Ghana and anyone found with the narcotic drug without the requisite permit will have the law to deal with.
