Coronavirus: Confirmed Cases In Ghana Rises To 6

The Ghana Health Service, in a news briefing today, has confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus has surged from Two(2) to Six(6) within a week.

Five of the suspected cases where found on Ghanaians with one Norwegian. The Ghanaians, according to GHS has returned from the United States and the United Kingdom.

The Health Service however said the suspected cases have all been quarantined and are in stable conditions.

Authorities are also conduction contact tracing for people who might have been in contact with the six recorded patients.

The Information Minister, at the conference, also announced Governments intentions to place a mandatory quarantine regulation in place for travelers come to the Ghana from countries with more than 200 cases of Coronavirus.
