Sister Derby dated Medikal for a couple of years and whilst she did her best, it didn’t end that well for her.

Medikal cheated on her with Fella then later dumped her a$$ and moved on.

When he was dating Derby, Medikal once tweeted that he would never get married, yet less than 2 years later Fella managed to tie him down.
