UK Health Minister Tests Positive for Coronavirus As Virus Sweeps the Country – Arsenal-Man City Game Scheduled for Wednesday Also Postponed

The United Kingdom’s Minister of Health, Nadine Dorries, has tested positive for coronavirus.

Dorries was diagnosed with the virus which is sweeping the world after undergoing a test.

She was recently at a reception with other high ranking politicians including Prime Minister Boris Johnson, sparking fears she may have spread the virus before her diagnosis.

News of her infection comes at the same time that a scheduled Arsenal vs Manchester City game in the English Premier League was postponed over fears that Arsenal players have been exposed to the virus.

So far in Europe, Italy has suspended it’s football league due to the virus whilst Spain and France have mandated games be played behind closed doors.

The English Premier League (EPL) had been going on as usual till now, but with the Arsenal-Man City postponement, it seems only a matter of time until it is also suspended.
