Nigerian female singer, songwriter and wife of singer Adekunle Gold, Simi has advised her fans on friendship and how to keep good friends.

According to her, one shouldn’t make friends based on the benefits they will derive from the other party. She said a friend will love you without expecting anything from you.

The singer posted on her twitter page saying it’s only dumb people who make friends based of their selfish interest expecting something from the other party.

She went ahead to advise her fans and followers to desist from gossiping around when they have a little problem with their friends.

Adding that it is a disgusting habit to badmouth your friend just because there is a little misunderstanding which led to fighting.
