The wedding of Osei Kwame Despite’s son, #Kency2020, has been the most extravagant wedding ever in Ghana, and we might never see its likes again.
From the traditional wedding to the big wedding itself and the reception at Kempinski, the Despite family showed their spending power throughout the wedding.
But according to Prophet Kumchacha, there are Ghanaian politicians with more wealth than Despite – they just can’t flaunt it that plainly in a wedding.
According to him, Ghanaians would vote out such a politician so they just have to hide the money they have.
“Politicians are in possession of money but it is a problem for them to flaunt it. No politician, including former President, current president can ever have such a luxurious wedding,” he said.

“Any president who regulates such weddings in the country will be voted out after his four-term rule. Even Ministers and MPs, none can ever regulate similar wedding to that of Kennedy Osei’s”, he added.
