There Are Rotten Things Happening In Churches Which Many Nigerians Don’t Know About – Busola Dakolo On Why She Exposed Alleged ‘Rapist’ Pastor Fatoyinbo

Despite losing her rape case against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Busola Dakolo believes she did the right thing in exposing him.

According to her, there is a lot of rot in many Nigerian churches which people are not aware of.

Her rape is just one example, so she felt the need to bring it out to shed a light on such bad behaviours rife in churches.

“I didn’t open up to revenge, I just wanted people to know that there are things happening in churches…” she said in a recent interview.

According to her, pastors stand in the church and pretend to be holy but behind the scenes would be engaging in horrible behaviour.

“You pray for peace in the country yet you are not standing in gap in prayers for the sheep in your care… you are quick to collect offerings…do things behind the scene……and everyone is trying to cover up….I spoke up just to say that things are not right and not to revenge,” she added.

Busola added that she cried when she gave birth to girls because she’s scared what happened to her might happen to them too.

Dakolo sued Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) head pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo for allegedly raping her many years back.

The case was recently decided and she lost, but she said in the interview that she achieved her purpose by exposing the pastor.
