BB Naija star Mike’s wife, Perri has announced that she’s quitting athletics after 20 years of being an athlete and 11 years of being a professional athlete.

The British track and field athlete ends her career being the winner of 2013 European Indoor Champion in the 400 metres and a 2012 World Indoor Championship gold medal in the 4×400 metres relay.

According to Perri Edwards, it’s time for her to hang her spikes because she’s ready to move on.

She noted in a video that she’s not quitting athletics because of injury or because she’s lost passion for, but it’s because she feels it is time to move on.
