The customary one-week commemoration of the dead held in Ghana is held on any date chosen by the family, although it’s still styled as a ‘one-week’ commemoration.
After his death last weekend, Ghanaians have been awaiting the chosen date for Kofi B’s one-week celebration, which would naturally predate the announcement of final funeral rites.

The date is now out.
A family spokesperson told Oman Fm today (Tuesday) that the event is slated for February 16th 2020.
The late singer died over the weekend after reportedly complaining of illness following a stage performance.
