California rescuers have been able to retrieve all 9 bodies from Kobe Bryant’s helicopter crash.
According to reports, 3 of the bodies were recovered on Sunday 26th, the day of the crash and 6 others on Monday after California rescuers resumed their search.
Los Angeles County coroner’s office has noted that 3 of the bodies were retrieved from the scattered wreckage whilst the remaining 6 were seen at the crash site.

According to the report, the bodies have been transported to the department’s forensic science center’ for examination and identification.
Last Sunday 26th January 2020, Lakers legend Kobe Bryant perished with his daughter Gianna Bryant and 7 others who were travelling to his Mamba Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks where his daughter was scheduled to play.
The 7 others who were killed include; John Altobelli, 56, the head coach of Southern California’s Orange Coast College baseball team; he was with his wife Keri, and daughter Alyssa who was on the same team with Bryant’s daughter.
Christina Mauser, a basketball coach for a Southern California elementary school also died.
Payton Chester, a young player who was on board with his mum Sarah Chester together with the pilot Ara Zobayan, 50, all died in the crash.
The report says investigators are expected to run a week-long search on the site, hillside in Calabasas, northwest of Los Angeles to find out the cause of the crash.
