Ghanaian filmmaker and entertainment journalist, Osarfo Anthony, has achieved yet another milestone after winning a major award at the Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival.
Anthony’s screenplay, ‘Honor Janet’, beat thousands of other screenplays from across the world to win the Grand Jury Gold award.

The award marks yet another win for the budding filmmaker, who has been making the international circuit with ‘Honor Janet’ and winning several awards, including the Best Original Screenplay at the Hollywood Blood Horror Festival and the Best International Screenplay Nominee at the Oregon Scream Week Horror Film Festival.
Speaking after his latest win, Anthony said: “It’s a big deal and a windfall of joy to start 2020 with this news. Thank you Los Angeles Motion Picture Festival/ International Film Awards. I wish you all well, wish me well, too. Namaste.”
