A 23-year-old Nigerian woman who trended after a viral video of her came out begging to be rescued from slavery, has had her wish come true.
After her story came out, the Nigerian embassy in Lebanon sprung to action and rescued her.
The lady, a teacher, cried out in a viral video that she had been sold to Lebanon where’s she’s living in slavery.
As anyone who knows what happens to ladies sold to that part of the world, this lady, identified as Omolola Ajayi, was living with a ‘master’ who could treat her anyway he liked.
But after her plea for help video went viral Nigerian officials in the country moved quickly and rescued her.
Two Nigerians and a Lebanese national have also been arrested in connection to her being sold to the country.
