Special Prosecutor, Mr. Martin Amidu announced earlier this week his petition to the government of Ghana to review Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29) and the Special Prosecutor Act, 2017 (Act 959) so his office can investigate individuals with ‘unexplained wealth’.
The agenda, according to him, will reduce corruption in the country and forms part of his 2020 Anti-Corruption Program.
While others have accepted this news with a smile, Social media Millionaire Ibrah One has expressed his disgust in the government initiative.
