Ghanaians React To Popcaan Smoking Weed In Public After Kwaw Kese Was Arrested For The Same Offense

Laws are enforced in a country to bring peace and order among its people. No person, not even law enforcers are above the law. Apparently, the later statement is true for certain class of people.

The legalization of narcotic substance, marijuana in Ghana remains under discussion by high powers and as you read this news, the substance is illegal and the possession of it is a punishable offense.

Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese spent time at the Kumasi Central Prison and was fined Ghc 1,200 in 2015 for the possession of the illegal substance under discussion.

Jamaican Dancehall artist, Popcaan is still enjoying his stay in Ghana and he has been spotted indulging in the same act that got Kwaw kese arrested but seems to be ignored.

Popcaan in a video posted on social media by Kwaw kese is seen comfortably smoking weed in public, right in front of law enforcers and nothing was done about it.

Kwaw Kese who suffered under the law posted the video on his Instagram page and asked Ghanaians to discuss and this is how they reacted.
