Within the past couple of days, their relationship has gone through everything from allegedly breaking up to allegedly getting engaged.

The engagement claim comes from a top ally to Medikal so it seems like damage control – what’s more likely is that Fella unfollowed Medikal and deleted his photos because they’ve broken up.
A new post from Fella seems to kind of confirm that things are over between them.
Fella shared a photo of herself with the caption that she’s young, wild and FREE.
