Doctor Burst Into Tears After Receiving His First Salary In Saudi Arabia - He Was Paid 100 Times More to Treat Fewer Patients Than When He Was In Nigeria

A Nigerian doctor has revealed how he broke down in tears upon receiving his first-ever salary working in Saudi Arabia.

According to him, he had been receiving peanuts working back home in Nigeria so he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw his new salary.

In a post on social media, he said he used to treat over 100 patients in Nigeria per day only to make 118,000 Naira (about $300) per month.

In Saudi Arabia, he treated a maximum 7 patients per day and made $4,500.

No wonder he burst into tears.
