Everything is finally making clear sense— in the past months, there were several rumors with regards to why songstress Mzvee had been MIA on her fans.

From pregnancy to marriage to her probably non-existing beef with former record label mates KiDi and Kuami Eugene, everyone had something to say but today, the real cat has been let out of the bag. The See Your Morda hitmaker has cleared the air and it is nothing close to all the speculations.

According to Mzvee, she has been dealing with depression for the past two years and it took the aid of her family and singer Efya whom she calls her best friend to make her better.
“When my whole depression thing happened I did un-follow people…I just wanted time away. I was lashing out in ways I didn’t even understand…I pulled away from everyone…I coiled up in my shell,” she revealed.
“Efya is amazing,” she said, adding that she understood her well and helped her out.
Mzvee says she is ready now and all better to start the music again.
