Last week Ghanaian highlife singers Kuami Eugene and KiDi made news for flaunting a kid believed to be their child.
But whilst KiDi admitted he has a son, Kuami Eugene deleted the post in seconds without any explanation.

Now, Kuami Eugene has said it was all a joke — he doesn’t have a child.
According to him, having a child without his mum being aware would be his ‘death sentence.’
He noted that it is not a problem to have a child, but he would want to settle down with whoever he has a child with, and of course, it must be someone he can take home!

‘Me having a baby won’t be my mother’s problem but the fact that she knows nothing about it. All of a sudden she sees that I have a daughter on Instagram, that would be a death sentence.
‘I am that guy, if I enter into a relationship then I am thinking of settling. It is not a one-time something for me. I believe in getting close to someone than just having fun.’
