A Ugandan pastor Paul Muwanguzi has not spared his congregants who missed his previous service.
The supposed man of God is seen in a video canning both old and young members who defaulted in attending church.
They are seen lying on the floor as the pastor walks through them to flog each one of them.
Shockingly, Pastor Paul Muwanguzi is an ex-convict.
According to a Kenyan FM station, he was in prison in 2013 for impersonating a Catholic Priest.
After serving part of the term, he broke out of jail in 2014 to hide in Zimbabwe where he was later deported back to Uganda to finish his term with an additional two years.

Now Paul Muwanguzi is out and he’s a pastor flogging church members, both old and young.
A Kenyan radio station who are shocked to the max shared the video with the caption;
“Pastor Paul Muwanguzi canes his followers who didnt turn up for church service the previous Sunday. But Uganda why??”
