Nigerian artist Burna Boy has been nominated for 2020 Grammy’s Award.

He grabbed the nominations in the category of Best World Music Album with his ‘African Giant’ album. The category looks at albums containing at least 51 time of new vocal or instrumental music recordings.

He is competing with Altin Gün, Bokanté & Metropole Orkest, Nathalie Joachim With Spektral Quartet and Angelique Kidjo.

The 62nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony is scheduled for January 26, 2020, at Staples Center in Los Angeles. And it will recognize the best recordings, compositions, and artists of the eligibility year, running from October 1, 2018, to August 31, 2019.
