Considering all that happened between Sister Derby and Medikal, we cannot see why they should have any sort of relationship but surprisingly they do.
Medikal and Derby’s relationship came it an abrupt end and time has made us believe it was because Medikal was cheating on Derby with Fella although they claimed they were just friends at that time. We cannot exactly pin the cause of their breakup on anything but we certainly were here for the aftermath. Shade after shade, songs after songs and what have you’s.
Who would even want to stay friends with someone who did this to them? Looks like Medikal and Derby still enjoy a relationship that we all did not know about.
When asked by a fan if she still talks to Medikal Derby said they are cool—like wtf??
