Prepare to hear an amazing story after a British man went above and beyond in creating an elaborate scheme just so he would not pay child support to his baby mama.
The baby mama claimed the man, Simon Jordan, a firefighter, was the father of her baby and demanded to be paid child support.
He denied it but he knew it to be true.
So after he agreed to take a paternity test to prove he’s not the father, he had his friend Jordan Coles take the test in his place because he knew if proved he was the father, he would have to pay £16,000 in child support.
The test came back negative since his lookalike friend took it, but the mother insisted Simon was the father so Child Services launched an investigation.
The investigation discovered the fraud and the two men were arrested and arraigned before court.
In the end, this whole ruse was useless as he still has to pay the woman the £16,000 and now has to serve a suspended 12-month prison sentence in addition to 200 hours of community service.

His accomplice, the so-called lookalike, also received a 6-month suspended prison sentence and 200 hours of community service.
He could just have paid the money in the first place and saved everyone all this trouble.
