Actor, John Dumelo laments on the cause of floods at some parts of Accra after today’s downpour.

Lately, a downpour in Accra, Ghana results in floods at some specific areas of the city.

What is the cause these floods anytime it rains?

Well John Dumelo rhythmically expressed what he believes to be the major factor causing  the floods lately. Filth.

The video below shows the flooded streets of Lagos Avenue at East Legon, Ghana.

Another place hit by the perennial flooding was Accra Tema Motorway.

It disheartening how the filth we generate can be disposed of in drainages that will in turn cause flood.

Dumelo, however appears to be vocal and on top of current happening in the country.

There isn’t a trending National issue that he doesn’t have a say on.

His sudden association with trending national issues is believed by some to be a strategy to promote his political ambitions.

One of such moments was when he was seen pulling a truck loaded with rubbish without hand gloves.

He later explained that he had a clean up exercise with his potential constituents at Ayawaso West Wougon.

How about Ghanaian Celebrieties with huge followings take up this challenge to educate and engage their followers in clean up exercises to help eradicate this menace?

Wouldn’t it be of great help to the country than they engaging in unhealthy rivalry on who is superior to the other?

We are looking forward to witness a ”Shatta Movement” or” Sarknation”or ”Bhimnation” Clean up exercises in solidarity with their Presidents.
