KTI Students Sell School’s Gate To Scrap Dealer

Authorities of Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) are shocked and yet to know those rebel students who had the guts to take off the school’s metal gate and sell it to a scrap dealer.

The school’s metal gate which was missing as a result of students demonstration has been found in the custody of a scrap dealer.

Apparently, some of the students studying technical related courses who knew their way around the handling of metals removed it and sold it out to a scrap dealer.

According to a teacher who spoke to Ultimate FM in Kumasi, these stubborn students removed the school’s metal gate to a scrap dealer promising to come the next day to make a good deal on its sale.

“They are technical guys so they knew how to take off the gate. They even attempted removing another gate but they couldn’t because it was cast in the concrete slab,” he said.

The teacher expressed shock about the students level of insubordination and indiscipline.
